I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit dark and on the older side, were surprisingly well-maintained and comfortable. The service varied from not so helpful to exceptionally friendly and professional. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the subway and an array of nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The dining was satisfactory, especially with access to the hotel club lounge, but some refurbishments are needed. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The rooms, despite being very dark and somewhat older, were surprisingly well-maintained and comfortable. They were spacious but a bit cluttered with used dishes.

The service had its ups and downs, with some staff not being so helpful or friendly at times. However, individuals like Ken Wu and Ms. Vivian Yang and her colleague Amber were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay. Various amenities like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even a welcome drink were available.

The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently located above Link City and the subway. It was just a few minutes' walk to Coco Park, offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and nightlife options. Although some refurbishments are needed, the proximity to restaurants and nightlife was a major plus.

The dining experience was overall good, with the club level access providing a variety of offerings from the hotel club lounge and a satisfying daily buffet. The omelette was particularly fantastic. However, I felt that the traditional Greek dishes could have been improved.
